(1) The payment >=USD200,Shipped via Express for free with the tracking number.(EMS,TNT,DHL,UPS)
(2) The payment <USD200,Shipped via regular airmail for free , just USD3 for the tracking number. (Hongkong airmail, Singapore airmail)
(1) Please include your latest phone number as it may accerlate the delivery. The courier may contact you before they go to your place.
(2) Please note that the terms only apply to the following countries/areas:
North America, Aus, NZ, West Europe, Japan, Korea.
For other countries, the shipping might be the same as those countries, but please contact us for details.
4. Payment & Shipment FAQ
(1) Q: Does the price listed include shipping cost?
A: Yes, shipping cost is included. Please note that the default shipping services are Air Mail(For order whose value is under 200USD) and EMS(For order whose value is more than 200USD), and the default destination is USA. For other shipping services and countries, the cost may be a little bit lower or higher, please contact us for detail.
(2) Q: Could order be mixed? That is, will the total number of items I buy be used to calculate the individual item prices?
A: Yes, but that is only available for distributors to buy some samples, and not available for individual buyers or for large orders. But, shipping could ALWAYS be combined to reduce some. How much shipping cost will be saved? please contact us and tell us what models you want and we'll calculate it for you. To our experience, sometimes the reduced shipping cost could be considerable.
(3) Q: Which adress will you ship to, my address on PayPal or on rfsupplier.com?
A: By default, the items will be shipped to you rfsupplier.com address, which is provided by you during your registration on our site. If you want us to ship to another address, please tell us when checkout.
(4) Q: How about customs?
A: It's the customer's right should choose an appropriate value for us to declare to the customs. Please state the value in the comment area when you checkout, or we'll choose one that we think it appropriate according to our experiences. Under no circumstance will we be responsible for any customs issue occured.
